Here are a few easy things you can do to prep before we arrive:

👶🐶 Keep Kids & Pets Inside
Safety first! Please keep your little ones and furry friends indoors while we’re working.
🚰 Turn on the Water
Make sure your outdoor faucet (spigot) is turned on and working. We usually use the one closest to the driveway.
Power Down Outside
Turn off any exterior lights and unplug outdoor cords to avoid water + electricity drama.
🎀 Remove Decorations & Valuables
Take down wreaths, doormats, furniture cushions, or anything delicate or valuable from the work zones.
🚗 Park Smart
Please move your cars away from the house or tuck them into the garage.
🖼 Window Screens
If you’ve added window cleaning, we’ll remove and reinsert your screens. If not, please either remove them or slightly open them to allow the sills to drain and prevent dirt from accumulating behind them.
🪴 Move Items & Furniture
Please move small pots, toys, or lightweight furniture. Big stuff? We can work around it, but there's a $150 fee if we have to move it. Let us know if you need help!
🌿 Plants & Grass Love Water
If it’s hot, give your plants and lawn a little water the day before and a few hours before we come. Can’t do it? No worries—we’ll water them too!
